About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end influencer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers relevant to brand objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
- Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timely content delivery and quality standards.
- Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables with creators.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, creator ecosystem, and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns from planning to execution.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
Preferred Candidate
- Currently based in Mumbai or willing to work from the Mumbai office.
- Prior experience with an influencer marketing agency, digital marketing agency, or creator ecosystem is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator landscape and social media trends.
