About the Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketer who lives and breathes culture, creators, and content.

At Cultstore, we run influencer campaigns across multiple categories - apparel, footwear, indoor equipment, accessories, and new product launches throughout the year

This role needs someone who knows what works, what doesn't, and why.

You'll be responsible for turning business needs into creator-led campaigns that feel fresh, contextual, and high-performing.

What You'll Own

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns for big sale events, new product launches, and category-specific campaigns.
  • Build creative campaign ideas (not just follow briefs); bring in angles, formats, hooks, and trends.
  • Work with agencies, creators, and production partners to bring campaigns to life end-to-end.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring high ROI across categories.
  • Identify the right creators, negotiate, close, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creators, reps, and influencer networks.
  • Collaborate with brand team, category team, and external partners for smoother execution and alignment.
  • Drive operational workflows - tracking timelines, approvals, product dispatches, shoot requirements, etc.
  • Analyze performance, learn what's working, iterate quickly, and scale winning formats.

What We're Looking For

  • 24 years experience in influencer marketing, content partnerships, or creator-led campaigns.
  • Prior experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end (must).
  • Strong creative instincts: ability to pitch fresh ideas, formats, hooks, and campaign thoughts.
  • Clear understanding of creator landscape, trends, and what performs across IG, YT, and short-form platforms.
  • Contacts in the influencer ecosystem: ability to get things done faster.
  • Good at budgeting, negotiation, and campaign planning.
  • Someone who can coordinate across teams without handholding - a self-starter.
  • Strong communication + ops discipline (follow-ups, timelines, details).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with fitness, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
  • Understanding of performance content vs brand content
  • Region-specific creator familiarity (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
