Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram and YouTube

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent managers

Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns

Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and collaboration terms with influencers

Track campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI

Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for campaign alignment

Stay updated with influencer trends and emerging creators

Requirements

02 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Creative mindset with attention to detail
