Oversee and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns—from onboarding to content delivery and post-campaign analysis.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator networks to foster trust and loyalty.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
Track and monitor live campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and performance metrics are in line with KPIs. Compile reports, engagement data, and campaign insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, brand, and strategy teams to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives.
Industry & Trend Analysis:
Stay up to date with platform updates, creator trends, and emerging opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and culturally relevant.
Reporting & Presentations:
Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and case studies that showcase campaign impact and learnings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, preferably in a fast-paced media or agency environment.
Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.
Strong negotiation skills and experience in influencer contract management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
