Job Description

URPopular is a 10-year-old influencer marketing company working with leading and legacy brands across India, including Flipkart and several Tata & DVC group brands. We're looking for someone who deeply understands Instagram, creators, and brand integrations and can turn that understanding into high-performing campaigns.

If you instinctively know which creator fits which brand and why, this role is for you.

What will you do -

  • Decode brand briefs and clearly understand campaign objectives.
  • Identify and shortlist the most relevant Instagram creators for each campaign.
  • Map creators strategically to brands (audience fit, tone, positioning, content logic).
  • Suggest strong, viral-first content ideas tailored to specific creators.
  • Identify rising and trending influencers early.
  • Create structured creator briefs (hook, format flow, integration angle).
  • Coordinate with influencers manage communication, negotiations, timelines, and execution.
  • Ensure content quality, brand alignment, and smooth campaign delivery.

This role combines strategy + research + execution + coordination.

KPIs -

  • Finding the right creators (not just popular but relevant and performance-driven).
  • Suggesting viral, category-fit content ideas for each shortlisted creator.
  • Identifying emerging creators before they peak.
  • Ensuring seamless influencer coordination and execution.
  • Delivering campaigns aligned strongly with brand goals.

What are we looking for -

  • Prior experience in influencer marketing or creator sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram trends and engagement mechanics.
  • Ability to explain why certain formats work in specific categories.
  • Strong creatorbrand fitment thinking.
  • Experience coordinating with influencers and executing campaigns.
  • Someone who consumes Instagram daily and thinks strategically about integrations.

Compensation and details

  • Salary Range: 57 LPA
  • Final compensation depends on experience, last drawn salary, expectations, hikes, and internal evaluation.
