Job DescriptionThe Gist of What You'll Do:
Brand Success & Client Servicing: Take complete ownership of the brand side of campaign managementfrom understanding brand objectives and developing creative strategies to ensuring seamless delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
Campaign Supervision:
Oversee influencer campaigns handled by the campaign management team, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for brandsleading calls, aligning expectations, sharing performance insights, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Strategic Thinking:
Collaborate with internal teams to translate brand goals into actionable campaign plans that drive measurable outcomes.
Performance Review:
Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance future brand collaborations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal creative, influencer, and strategy teams to ensure smooth coordination and high-impact campaign execution.
Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication channels, and enhance overall campaign efficiency.
RequirementsClient Servicing Pro:
14 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand successpreferably within influencer marketing, digital marketing, or advertising agencies.
Strong Communicator:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage brand expectations and convey ideas clearly.
Strategic Mindset:
Understanding of how influencer and content marketing contribute to brand objectives across awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborative Approach:
Skilled at working cross-functionally with campaign, creative, and operations teams.
Problem Solver:
Ability to troubleshoot, manage feedback loops, and ensure campaigns move forward smoothly.
Data-Driven:
Comfortable interpreting campaign metrics and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
Organized & Detail-Oriented:
Capable of managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously with efficiency.
Learning-Oriented:
Passionate about staying updated with influencer and social media trends, and continuously improving client experience.
