Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The role involves planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and collaborating with relevant influencers, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with brand goals. The manager will also build and nurture relationships with influencers, negotiate contracts, and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on market trends and providing strategic recommendations for upcoming campaigns.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and developing successful campaign strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining partnerships with influencers and clients
• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign metrics to optimize performance
• Proficiency in project management, time management, and multitasking
• Familiarity with content creation, digital storytelling, and branded marketing strategies
• Experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing preferred
• Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to industry trends
