The Opportunity
AMINU is seeking an Influencer Collaborations Manager to build and run creator partnerships that feel authentic, well-crafted, and on-brand while still driving measurable outcomes.
This role is equal parts relationship-building + operational excellence + creative instinct. The person in this seat will own influencer/creator collaborations end-to-end: identifying the right creators, executing campaigns smoothly, ensuring deliverables land on time, and turning creator content into high-performing brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
Your core scope will include:
Creator Collaborations (End-to-End)
- Own influencer/creator collaborations from ideation outreach negotiation execution follow-through
- Build and maintain a strong, aligned network of creators and communities
- Manage timelines, deliverables, coordination, and relationship health across multiple collaborations
Briefing, Content Quality & UGC Output
- Work closely with AMINU's Digital + Design teams to craft clear briefs and ensure output quality
- Drive creation of high-quality UGC that can be used across AMINU's digital channels
- Ensure content feels human-first, not ad-first while staying brand-consistent
Affiliate & Performance Tracking
- Run and optimize affiliate programs with creators
- Track performance (links/codes/sales/engagement), document learnings, and refine the creator mix based on outcomes
Rights, Usage & Brand Hygiene
- Manage content rights, permissions, and usage approvals for repurposing creator assets across platforms
- Maintain clean records of deliverables, usage terms, and content libraries
PR + Campaign Support
- Support PR-driven collaborations and seasonal storytelling with the right creators and communities
- Spot culturally relevant creator opportunities that fit AMINU's tone and values
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years experience in influencer marketing, brand collaborations, talent management, or community-led partnerships
- Strong communication: clear briefs, confident negotiation, respectful follow-ups, and firm boundary-setting
- Strong operational ability: timelines, multi-thread coordination, and deliverable management
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and what will feel right for the brand
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where output quality still matters
- A relationship-first mindset creators aren't inventory; they're partners
