About the Role:

Powerhouse91 is looking for marketing enthusiasts who can help us build deep

presence within the influencer community as well as drive community and viral

marketing initiatives for our family of brands. Ideal candidate is a people's person

who loves building long-lasting relationships, networking with different people and

can quickly figure out business synergies.

The Job:

Ideating, creating, executing end-to-end Influencer Marketing Campaigns.

Defining, tracking and reporting various KPIs related to Influencer Marketing in

line with overall marketing and business objectives.

Identification, Shortlisting and finalisation of influencers. Defining criteria and

internal guidelines to ensure quality, authenticity and brand protection during

all collaborative efforts.

Onboarding and cost negotiation with various partner agencies. Closing Joint

venture partnerships while defining clear targets and deliverables.

Staying updated with respect to various social media trends. Working on

drafting the overall campaign themes, communication as well as creative

guidelines.

Must haves:

Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience of working in influencer marketing.

Creative thinker with the ability to come up with novel ideas while working

under a high-pressure result-oriented environment.

Strong negotiator with proven experience in setting negotiation strategies and

closing commercial deals.

Proven expertise in stakeholder management, aligning with cross-functioning

teams and bringing them to a consensus.
