We are expanding our Influencer Marketing team and are looking for a candidate who understands regional creator landscapes and can contribute to campaign execution with clarity, ownership, and attention to detail.

This is a hands-on execution role within a structured agency environment. The position requires responsibility, attention to detail, and awareness of digital culture.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate influencers based on relevance, audience alignment, and brand fit
• Coordinate campaigns from brief to rollout with structured follow-through
• Monitor trends, emerging content formats, and platform shifts across Tamil and Malayalam markets
• Actively research current digital trends, viral patterns, and cultural moments to inform campaign direction
• Contribute to meme marketing initiatives with contextual awareness and brand sensitivity
• Manage professional communication with creators and partners
• Support reporting, performance tracking, and campaign documentation

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Tamil and Malayalam
• Foundational understanding of influencer marketing
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, deadline-driven approach to work
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience
