Our work includes envisioning and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, facilitating the capacity building of grassroots cadre, and shaping governance. We add professional aspects to the strengths of the scores of grassroots workers supporting the Prime Minister and ensure optimal electoral results, not as an end in itself, but to add to the Prime Minister's vision for a developed India. Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research, and new-age media as force multipliers for the Prime Minister's messages and actions.

We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals-including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals, and experts from other varied sectors, all hailing from premier institutes and corporates-with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the nation's polity.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Associate with 2–4 years of experience to build, manage, and scale creator partnerships that drive public engagement, narrative amplification, and campaign outreach. If you have a passion for creator ecosystems, regional content networks, digital mobilisation, and data-driven campaign execution, we want you on our team!

Eligibility

  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Political Communication, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, political communication, digital campaigns, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging regional platforms.
  • Experience in managing regional influencers, community pages, youth creators, or public affairs campaigns.
  • Exposure to election campaigns, advocacy initiatives, social impact organisations, or fast-paced startup environments is a plus.

Skills:-

Influencer Strategy & Network Building

Ability to identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage creators across multiple geographies, languages, and audience segments

Campaign Execution & Relationship Management

Experience in negotiating collaborations, briefing influencers, coordinating approvals, managing publishing schedules, and ensuring timely campaign delivery

Narrative Monitoring & Social Listening

Strong understanding of online conversations, sentiment tracking, trend identification, and rapid-response coordination across digital platforms.

Performance Analytics & Optimisation

Ability to analyse reach, engagement, impressions, CPV, CPM, CTR, and audience response metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with content, research, design, communications, and field teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated campaign execution.

Presentation & Report-Making

Strong skills in preparing campaign reports, influencer performance evaluations, trend analyses, and stakeholder presentations.

Job Description

  • Influencer Discovery & Management: Build and maintain a robust database of creators, meme pages, regional influencers, youth communities, and digital opinion leaders segmented by geography, language, category, and audience profile.
  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute influencer-led outreach campaigns, coordinating creator onboarding, negotiations, content approvals, publishing timelines, and post-campaign follow-ups.
  • Narrative Amplification: Support the dissemination of campaign messages through relevant creator networks, ensuring alignment with communication objectives and audience targeting strategies.
  • Social Listening & Trend Tracking: Monitor emerging conversations, viral trends, sentiment shifts, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for proactive engagement and rapid-response communication.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance using platform analytics, Meta Insights, X analytics, YouTube analytics, and reporting dashboards. Prepare actionable post-campaign analyses with recommendations for optimisation.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with creative and communications teams to develop influencer briefs, messaging frameworks, and content guidelines while ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, stakeholder coordination, and achievement of outreach targets.
  • Flexibility: Be able to adapt to meet our dynamic campaign and communication needs that may change or evolve over time.

Note- This is a contractual job till June,2027.
