Key Responsibility-

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.
• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, timelines, and contracts with influencers.
• Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Brand, Social Media, Creative, and Performance Marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare campaign reports and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
