About DROPZ
DROPZ is India's first true limited-edition platform, a culture-forward destination where every product drop is rare, intentional, and never restocked. We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.
As an Influencer Marketing Manager you will own influencer programs end-to-end across weekly drops, driving creator strategy, execution, and performance learning. You'll manage a high-velocity creator engine (discovery outreach negotiation briefs delivery measurement), build repeatable systems, and ensure creator work translates into real drop momentum. This is a 0 to 100 role requiring speed, strong stakeholder management, clean processes, and high taste.
What You'll Do
- Own the influencer marketing engine for weekly drops: plan coverage goals, manage the creator pipeline, maintain tracking, and ensure high conversion from briefs to published content across timelines.
- Lead creator discovery + shortlist strategy, using trend scanning, social listening, and competitor mapping to identify creators aligned with DROPZ taste and target communities; document fit, angles, and expected impact.
- Run outreach and negotiations independently, aligning on deliverables, timelines, pricing, and usage rights; ensure every deal is documented cleanly to keep campaigns fast, scalable, and low-friction.
- Build and refine creator briefs that translate each drop story into strong content direction (hooks, formats, do/don'ts, CTA), and manage review cycles that protect brand quality while preserving authenticity.
- Coordinate seeding + PR drops with internal ops: confirm addresses, SKUs, dispatch timelines, follow-ups, and creator readiness so content lands within drop windows.
- Own tracking + attribution hygiene (codes, links, UTMs, whitelisting requirements), and maintain a performance dashboard that separates sales drivers, awareness drivers, and high-quality content producers.
- Manage approvals + publishing cadence, proactively chasing deliverables, resolving blockers, and escalating early to ensure predictable creator coverage during peak audience moments.
- Ensure compliance across disclosures and platform guidelines; maintain a centralized usage rights library so top-performing content can be repurposed for paid, organic, PDPs, and email without legal risk.
- Repurpose creator output into internal assets: performance notes, creative learnings, creator scorecards, and themed content collections so the team compounds what works each week.
- Run weekly retros + optimization loops, updating creator database, improving outreach scripts, tightening SOPs, and driving continuous efficiency + quality improvements drop over drop.
- Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, performance, and ops to ensure influencer marketing supports platform priorities and broader brand storytelling - not just one-off campaigns.
Who You Are
- You are excited by culture-first brands and can explain what makes a creator feel on-brand, with strong taste, community nuance, and an instinct for what converts attention into intent.
- You take ownership like a founder, thriving in a 0 to 100 environment where you build systems while running execution - and you stay accountable for outcomes.
- You have 12 to 24 months of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, community collaborations, or creator operations, and you can run campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision.
- You communicate clearly with creators, managers, and internal stakeholders, keeping timelines tight, feedback specific, and expectations aligned to build durable relationships.
- You are highly organized and process-driven: clean tracking, status updates, documentation, and repeatable workflows that scale across drops.
- You can negotiate confidently on deliverables, timelines, rates, and usage rights - balancing brand protection with creator motivation and long-term partnerships.
- You understand compliance basics (ad disclosures, platform rules, content usage permissions) and treat documentation as a non-negotiable quality standard.
- You are data-curious: you use performance signals to decide who to double down on, what formats to test, and what creative patterns repeat across winning drops.
- You are team-first, open to feedback, and comfortable being direct without being harsh - because you care about the craft and the people building it.
- You move with urgency and reliability, delivering on commitments, flagging risks early, and staying calm under tight timelines.
