Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of India's largest online coding EdTech companies. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.

Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we continuously work on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing toward becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD to date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our specific learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

Coding Ninjas is redefining tech education in the country. After upskilling 2,00,000+ students (including 5,000+ IITians), we are now building a next gen 4 year AI-native program. As Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of how students discover this bold new future. You'll get to work with top creators, run campaigns that inspire millions, and directly shape how India's brightest minds choose their careers.

We are looking for a results-driven person who can own campaigns end-to-end - from identifying the right creators to delivering measurable outcomes.

You will play a key role in shaping the voice of our brand by building authentic relationships with influencers and driving campaigns that resonate with students, young professionals, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns (strategy, outreach, negotiation, content approvals, reporting).
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with micro, mid-tier, and marquee influencers.
  • Collaborate with content & performance marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize influencer performance and scale what works.
  • Keep track of industry trends, competitor campaigns, and new platforms.

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in influencer marketing / social media collaborations.
  • Proven ability to close and manage influencer partnerships at scale.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with campaign analytics and ability to report ROI clearly.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in edtech / youth-focused brands.
