Job Summary

Seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram, execute campaigns, and optimize performance aligned with KPIs and ROI goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard finance/crypto/fintech influencers
• Evaluate creators based on engagement and audience quality
• Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables
• Execute influencer campaigns (reels, videos, live sessions, posts)
• Track campaign performance (reach, clicks, conversions, ROI)
• Maintain long-term creator relationships
• Ensure compliance with platform and financial promotion guidelines

Required Skills

• Experience in influencer marketing campaign management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Telegram
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Exposure to global creator collaborations

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fintech, crypto, Web3, or trading brands
• Existing influencer network in finance domain
• Familiarity with tracking/analytics tools

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
