About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Talent Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of influencers/creators. This role focuses on building strong creator relationships, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and driving long-term value for both creators and the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Management & Relationship Building
- Own and manage a roster of influencers across categories (lifestyle, fashion, tech, etc.)
- Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact
- Understand each creator's content style, audience demographics, and growth potential
- Provide strategic guidance to creators on content, positioning, and brand collaborations
2. Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Act as a bridge between internal teams (Sales, Planning, Pricing, Campaign Management) and influencers
- Ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns from onboarding to delivery
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations with creators
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality control of content
3. Negotiation & Commercial Alignment
- Collaborate with the Pricing/Procurement team to finalize influencer commercials
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and additional requirements with influencers
- Ensure alignment between brand expectations and creator output
4. Creator Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities to scale creators through better brand fits and recurring collaborations
- Drive creator retention through consistent engagement and value addition
- Stay updated with platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and guide creators accordingly
- Help creators improve content performance through insights and feedback
5. Talent Acquisition Support
- Work closely with the scouting team to onboard new and high-potential creators
- Evaluate influencer profiles based on relevance, engagement, and brand fit
- Assist in expanding the talent pool across categories and regions
6. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain updated records of creator profiles, pricing, past collaborations, and performance
- Track campaign deliverables and ensure timely closures
- Share insights on creator performance, campaign learnings, and market trends
Key Requirements
- 25 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Talent Management / Creator Partnerships
- Strong network of influencers/creators is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with influencer marketing agencies or talent agencies
- Familiarity with influencer analytics tools and campaign tracking
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
