Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and onboarding influencers, devising and implementing influencer marketing strategies, and managing collaboration processes. The role also involves tracking campaign performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to drive results aligned with campaign goals.

• Strong knowledge and proven experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Brand Collaboration
• Proficiency in Campaign Management and Performance Analysis
• Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to Create and Implement Marketing Strategies
• Familiarity with Analytics Tools and Social Media Platforms
• Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
• Experience building long-term partnerships with content creators and managing multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of influencer platforms and ecosystems is a plus
