Job Title: Influencer Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. The ideal candidate has strong relationship-building skills, understands social media trends, and can turn influencer collaborations into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, creators, and KOLs across social media platforms
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent agencies
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation
  • Coordinate content creation to ensure brand alignment and campaign objectives
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
  • Manage influencer budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and tools
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with influencer marketing platforms or CRM tools
  • Knowledge of paid social media and affiliate marketing
  • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, tech, or lifestyle brands
  • Understanding of content trends, short-form video, and live streaming
