Position: Business Development Executive- Influencer Marketing

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Gurugram / On-site.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Influencer Marketing – Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth through influencer marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client acquisition, influencer marketing campaigns, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and market research.
  • Pitch influencer marketing solutions to brands, agencies, and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client objectives and develop customized influencer marketing proposals.
  • Coordinate with influencer marketing, campaign, and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and campaign budgets with clients.
  • Track sales pipelines, revenue targets, and business development activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Influencer Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms and social media ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with brands, agencies, creators, or influencer marketing platforms.
  • Existing network of brand contacts is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of campaign metrics, ROI tracking, and digital marketing strategies

  • Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
  • Number of qualified leads and conversions.
  • Client retention and account growth rate.
  • Proposal-to-closure ratio.
  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
