In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-impact influencer marketing campaigns, driving creator partnerships, and building strong associations that enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of influencers and content creators across categories
- Manage campaigns around key product launches, fashion collaborations, and brand events
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure a strong share of voice across digital platforms
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, PR, Social Media, Performance Marketing) to deliver campaigns that drive measurable business impact
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize future strategies
Qualification
- 2-6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or related roles
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns at scale
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
