What will you do
Lead influencer strategy across multiple brands and campaign mandates.
Develop influencer-led campaign approaches that extend beyond paid collaborations into deeper creator partnerships and storytelling formats.
Guide the outreach team in creator selection, negotiations, campaign planning, and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, and creator networks.
Ensure influencer marketing is integrated seamlessly with broader campaign strategies across creative, media, and brand teams.
Mentor and develop Outreach Managers and their teams, strengthening leadership capability within the function.
Strengthen internal processes including creator databases, campaign frameworks, outreach systems, and reporting structures.
Identify new opportunities for creator partnerships, ambassador programs, and influencer-led brand initiatives.
Collaborate with business and brand leads to support campaign pitches, proposals, and integrated ideas involving creators.
Ensure campaigns consistently maintain high standards of creativity, cultural relevance, and operational discipline.
