Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Influencer Marketing Intern based in Gurugram. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and researching relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with outreach, coordinating communications, maintaining influencer databases, and tracking campaign deliverables and timelines. The role involves helping draft campaign briefs, monitoring live content, collecting performance data, and preparing basic reports on reach and engagement. The intern will also collaborate with content and social media teams to align influencer activities with ongoing meme and trend-based campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media culture, and viral trends, especially on Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Ability to conduct online research, organize data in spreadsheets, and maintain accurate influencer lists and campaign records.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach, follow-ups, and basic brief creation.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as reach, engagement, impressions, and audience demographics.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools or platform insights (e.g., Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics) is an advantage.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Openness to feedback, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of assigned tasks.
