Job Title: Intern (Influencer Marketing)

Location: Delhi / Bangalore

Duration: 3 months

About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Intern at COLAB, you'll get hands-on experience working at the intersection of brands and creators. From discovering the next big influencer to helping execute live campaigns, you'll be involved in the end-to-end influencer marketing lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels

Assist in influencer outreach, communication, and relationship management

Support execution of influencer campaigns from onboarding to content delivery

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts

Track campaign performance (engagement, reach, etc.) and maintain reports

Stay on top of social media trends, viral content, and creator insights

Help in brainstorming campaign ideas and creative collaborations What We're Looking For

Strong interest in influencer marketing & social media; good understanding of Instagram, YouTube & short-form content

Strong communication skills.

Experience in content creation and awareness of trends & internet culture

Basic analytics knowledge; comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel What You'll Gain
