About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in marketing operations or adjacent functions such as campaign operations, CRM, marketing automation, or growth marketing.

You'll be responsible for streamlining and scaling our marketing processes across multiple areas including product marketing, social media, and other key marketing channels.

Duration - 6 months

Location - Bangalore (in-office)

What you'll do

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers and content creators.
• Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with creators on content timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends and emerging creators.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High creativity, with experience in understanding the target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
