Job Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Executive who is eager to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing influencer campaigns. This role is execution-focused and ideal for candidates who are highly organized, proactive, and interested in building a career in influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing (90%)
- Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Shortlist influencers based on niche relevance, engagement metrics, and audience quality.
- Manage influencer outreach, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.
- Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and maintain detailed campaign data sheets.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and basic performance analysis.
Social Media Support (10%)
- Assist with content posting coordination and scheduling.
- Support shoots, scripting, and other content-related activities.
- Assist with ORM management and general social media tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to commit full-time and manage daily execution responsibilities.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing and digital content ecosystems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking performance data.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn on the job.
Preferred Profile:
- Prior exposure to influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and creator trends.
