Influencer Marketing Intern

Role Overview

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to support creator outreach and campaign execution for MANNLICH. This is a hands-on role — you'll be in the trenches finding creators, sending DMs, and helping run real campaigns from day one, not fetching coffee.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and shortlist potential influencers/creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Assist with outreach — drafting and sending initial messages to creators
• Track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, deliverables) in spreadsheets
• Coordinate with creators on content briefs, shipment tracking, and posting timelines
• Monitor competitor influencer activity and flag interesting trends
• Support the influencer marketing exec with day-to-day campaign admin

Requirements

Must-Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream)
• Strong written communication skills
• Genuine interest in social media/creator culture — you should already follow creators, not just scroll past them
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic organizational tools

Nice to Have

• Any prior internship or project experience in marketing/social media
• Personal experience creating content (even casually)
