Job Title: Influencer Marketing Intern (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Ghatkopar West (Beside Metro and Local Station)
Type: Full-Time Internship
Timings: 10:30 Am – 7:30 Pm
Stipend: 5k – 12k Monthly
Duration: Minimum 3–6 months
( Convertible to full time)

· We are looking for individuals who can commit full-time (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM).

Role Overview
The intern will be responsible for managing day-to-day execution of multiple influencer marketing campaigns. This is an operations-heavy role requiring constant follow-ups, coordination, and attention to detail. This is not a creative brainstorming basic role. This is an execution and coordination role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Shortlisting & Outreach
· Create and circulate Google Forms to gather influencer responses
· Scout influencers manually through social platforms
· Reach out to influencers via DM, email, and WhatsApp
· Maintain proper tracking sheets of all conversations
· Follow up consistently until confirmation
2. Commercial Coordination
· Negotiate basic commercials within defined budget ranges
· Share rate cards and collect deliverable confirmations
· Ensure written confirmation before locking any influencer
3. Campaign Execution
· Coordinate with 100+ influencers across campaigns
· Share briefs and guidelines clearly
· Ensure influencers understand deliverables and timelines
· Follow up daily for content submission
4. Content Approval Process
· Collect draft content from influencers
· Share with internal team/brand for approval
· Communicate feedback clearly to influencers
· Ensure revisions are completed within timelines
5. Live Tracking & Reporting
· Ensure posts go live on committed dates
· Track live links properly
· Maintain updated campaign sheets daily
Skills Required
· Strong follow-up ability
· Clear written and verbal communication
· Basic negotiation understanding
· Ability to handle pressure and multiple campaigns simultaneously
· Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
· High accountability
