Position: Influencer Marketing Intern (Celebrity Management)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Support pre-sales activities including research, client presentations, proposal preparation, and coordination with the sales team.

Contribute to post-sales activities such as campaign execution, client servicing, reporting, and performance tracking.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure communication aligns with the brand's image.

Coordinate with celebrities/influencer from shortlisting and outreach to campaignexecution, shoots, events, and promotions.

Assist in organizing and supervising outdoor shoots with the team for the assigned brand.

Support in building partnerships, collaborations, and managing agency relationships.

Ensure all activities comply with marketing objectives and legal/ethical standards.

Required Skills:

Graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in brand management, sales processes, and celebrity/influencer marketing.

Basic understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and digital/social media trends. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
