Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Influencer Marketing Executive.

The role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding relevant influencers across various platforms to support client campaigns in BFSI, education, automobile, and other sectors.

The Influencer Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, contract coordination, content approvals, and performance tracking.

Daily responsibilities include market research on trends and competitors, maintaining strong communication with influencers and clients, negotiating deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.

The role also requires close collaboration with internal marketing and sales teams to align influencer strategies with overall campaign goals and reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing skills, including market planning and campaign coordination, with a focus on influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify relevant influencers, audience segments, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with influencers, clients, and internal teams.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities to secure favorable influencer partnerships and deliverables.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer tools, and performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or affiliate marketing will be an advantage.
