Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms—concept to execution, including content calendars, captioning, visual direction, and performance tracking.
• Build, manage, and nurture relationships with macro, micro, and nano influencers across verticals—negotiate deliverables, brief creators, and ensure brand alignment and on-time delivery.
• Analyze campaign KPIs (engagement rate, CAC, ROAS, follower growth) and optimize creatives, posting times, and platform mix based on real-time data.
• Craft influencer outreach strategies, pitch decks, and contract templates tailored to brand tone, audience, and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with in-house creative and performance marketing teams to align content with paid media, UGC, and conversion funnels.
• Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm shifts, and platform updates—translate insights into actionable campaign adjustments and client recommendations.
