The Role Influencer Marketing Executive

As an Influencer Marketing Executive at Yuze, you are responsible for developing and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to promote the company's products and brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Find, manage, and negotiate collaborations with influencers and content creators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Create, manage, and update the influencer collaboration calendar to align with campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Brief influencers and oversee content production to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Approve influencer content and provide feedback to maintain quality standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, ROI) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve influencer marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams to integrate influencer initiatives with broader campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and digital content best practices.
  • Manage campaign budgets, contracts, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in all influencer communications, maintaining authenticity and brand consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer platforms.
  • Experience managing and coordinating influencer collaborations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and preparing reports.
  • Creative, organized, and up to date with influencer marketing trends.
