Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive
Role Summary : Own influencer execution end-to-end. Your core job is to build a creator pipeline and consistently ship reels, strictly aligned to scripts and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and manage a steady pipeline of influencers (micro to mid-tier)
Coordinate end-to-end execution: outreach, briefs, scripts, timelines, and delivery
Ensure high-volume reel output with strict adherence to brand guidelines
Work with copy and design teams to convert scripts into creator-ready briefs
Track performance: views, hook retention, saves, and content reusability
Manage reposting, whitelisting, and usage rights for ads
Must-Have Experience
12 years in influencer marketing (D2C / consumer brands preferred)
Hands-on experience managing high-volume creator campaigns
Strong operational skills: follow-ups, timelines, and output discipline
Clear understanding of Instagram-first content formats (Reels, Stories)
Experience working with scripts, not just free-form creator briefs
Location: DN Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai (on site) CTC: Rs35,000 - Rs50,000 p.m
