Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers across platforms, including Instagram.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, briefing, coordination, and timely execution.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights.
• Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends and platform updates.
• Maintain an organized database of influencers and campaign history.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand collaborations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for the Indian creator ecosystem and digital marketing.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and drive partnership opportunities.
