About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented **Influencer Marketing Executive (IME)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to influencer marketing and a good understanding of social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
• Identify and research relevant influencers based on campaign requirements.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
• Handle influencer outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers.
• Assist in preparing influencer shortlists and campaign proposals.
• Coordinate content briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
• Track influencer posts, engagement, reach, and other campaign metrics.
• Ensure influencers deliver content as per the agreed campaign brief.
• Stay updated on social media trends, creators, and emerging influencers.
• Support the team in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3–6 months of relevant experience or internship experience in **Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing**.
• Candidates with experience in an **Influencer Marketing Agency** will be preferred.
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good research and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of influencer metrics and campaign performance.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Candidates who are proactive, creative, and willing to learn are preferred.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with influencers or creators.
• Previous internship or experience in an influencer marketing agency.
• Understanding of influencer discovery and campaign execution.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools or platforms is an added advantage.
