• Identify and onboard relevant influencers across niches and platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Strategize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets efficiently.
• Negotiate collaborations and partnerships to ensure optimal ROI.
• Track campaign performance and share actionable insights.
• Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities.

• Experience: 3 months – 2.5+ years in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, platforms, and campaign management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work on-site and start immediately.
• Based in Mumbai.
