Influencer & Talent Coordinator
For Culture-Led, Strategy-Driven Campaigns at Connekting Dots
About the Role:
We're not looking for someone to manage influencers.
We're looking for someone who knows how culture moves, who moves it, and how to bring
those people to the table, before they're obvious.
You'll work closely with our brand and campaign leads to scout, close, and manage influencer
and KOL relationships across luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and creative industries.
This is a role that's equal parts intuition, strategy, and seamless execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
•Building and maintaining a strong in-house network of influencers, tastemakers,
changemakers, and KOLs across categories
•Actively scouting and pitching new-age creators aligned with brand tone (not just trends)
•Managing barter and paid collaborations end-to-end with a focus on storytelling, visibility, and
engagement not vanity numbers
•Negotiating contracts and ensuring influencer deliverables are met on time and on-brand
•Tracking ROI and engagement reports with the support of the campaign team
•Maintaining a real-time pulse on emerging influencer trends, creator journeys, and
platform-specific shifts
•Acting as the communication bridge between client vision and creator output
What You Need to Bring:
•1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, talent management, or content campaigns
•A personal network of creators or a proven instinct in building one fast
•Comfort with coordination, execution, timelines, follow-ups, and contracts
•Strong negotiation skills with a sense of fairness, for the brand and for the creator
•An eye for who's shaping culture, not just who's going viral
•Comfort with influencer tools (optional but preferred: Winkl, Qoruz, etc.)

Compensation: ₹45,000–₹55,000 (based on experience + value match)
