We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, build strong creator relationships, and enhance brand visibility through impactful collaborations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a strong understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.
Freshers and candidates with internship experience who are passionate about influencer marketing are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Strategy & Management
- Identify, connect, and onboard relevant micro and macro influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals
- Coordinate with influencers for content creation, timelines, and campaign execution
2. Negotiation & Campaign Tracking
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and collaboration terms for paid and barter campaigns
- Track campaign performance, deliverables, contracts, and payment records
- Ensure timely content delivery while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards
- Review influencer content and provide feedback for necessary improvements
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign tracking sheets
3. Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral reels, and emerging content formats
- Analyse influencer performance metrics such as Reach, Engagement, Views, CPM, and ROI
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest innovative campaign ideas and optimization strategies
- Identify trending creators and new collaboration opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher, Internship Experience, or Minimum 1 Year of experience in Influencer Marketing / Digital Marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem
- Creative mindset with awareness of current digital trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirements
- English and Hindi communication skills preferred
- Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Experience with influencer marketing tools, Google Sheets, or campaign tracking tools
- Basic understanding of analytics and reporting
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
