Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing Executive who can identify, coordinate, and manage influencer collaborations end-to-end. This role is execution-focused but requires strong understanding of engagement, brand tone, and basic performance metrics.

Social Media Manager
Performance Marketing Team
Copywriter & Creative Team
Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer Discovery & Outreach
Identify relevant micro & mid-level influencers (Instagram / YouTube)
Research engagement authenticity (not just followers)
Initiate outreach & manage communication
2 Campaign Coordination
Brief influencers clearly (deliverables, messaging, timelines)
Ensure content aligns with brand voice (Shine From Within)
Track posting schedules & approvals
3 UGC Pipeline
Build a pool of relatable women creators
Coordinate product dispatch & follow-ups
Collect raw content for ads & organic use
4 Reporting & Tracking
Track metrics: Reach, Saves, Shares, Engagement Rate
Monitor coupon codes / affiliate performance
Maintain influencer tracker sheet
Must Have
Strong knowledge of Instagram & reel trends
Understanding of influencer pricing & negotiation basics
Familiarity with social media tools
Basic knowledge of engagement metrics & ROI
Good communication & coordination skills
