Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence through influencer collaborations and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Influencer Strategy:

  • Craft and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Identify and Onboard Influencers:

  • Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers, dermatologists, and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms who resonate with our brand ethos and target audience.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns for new product launches, promotions, and awareness initiatives.
  • Create detailed campaign briefs, setting clear deliverables, deadlines, and KPIs.
  • Oversee content creation to ensure alignment with brand messaging, scientific accuracy, and target audience needs.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, influencer platforms, and social media insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports on ROI, engagement rates, and other metrics, along with recommendations for optimization.

Stay Updated on Trends:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep The Formularx at the forefront of influencer marketing.

Budget Management:

  • Strategically allocate budgets for influencer collaborations, ensuring maximum ROI while staying within financial guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in influencer marketing and analytical tools.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty industry is a plus!
  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of analytics platforms like Google Analytics, and influencer marketing tools.
  • Ability to identify high-performing influencers and build authentic partnerships.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for content quality and brand alignment.
