Influencer Marketing Executive - Job Description
As an Influencer marketing executive, you are responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of our influencer marketing campaigns. This includes identifying the right partners, driving campaign execution, strategizing on content and aligning content with brand strategy.
This role demands a strong understanding of the fashion and influencer ecosystem, a creative eye for content, and proven experience in working with creators across platforms including YouTube and hyper local influencers.
Responsibilities
Execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from ideation to execution, optimisation, and post-campaign reporting.
Support the development of campaign concepts and assist in defining KPIs in alignment with brand objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and creators across fashion, lifestyle, and regional markets, based on audience relevance, content quality, and performance metrics.
Manage collaborations across Instagram and YouTube, overseeing both short-form and long-form content strategies.
Create and disseminate clear creative briefs and content guidelines to ensure consistency with brand tone, positioning, and messaging.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and share actionable insights and reports with stakeholders and the reporting manager.
Execute barter-led collaborations and UGC initiatives to drive authentic engagement and scalable content creation.
Plan and manage influencer events, guest lists, and community-led initiatives to enhance brand visibility and cultural relevance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, regional marketing, PR, and brand teams, as well as external partner brands, for integrated campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to enable effective utilisation of influencer content across platforms.
Must keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
13 years of experience in influencer marketing, managing campaigns end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with Instagram and YouTube creators, including regional influencers.
Proven experience supporting new store launches, including influencer outreach, store visit content, launch-day amplification, and post-launch visibility.
Exposure to influencer events, UGC initiatives, and paid and barter collaborations.
Strong understanding of influencer and content strategy with a creative eye for storytelling and aesthetics.
Experience in drafting influencer briefs, managing deliverables, and coordinating approvals.
Proficient in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools for tracking and reporting.
Working knowledge of key performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, CPV, CTR).
Strong communication and coordination skills; comfortable working cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date with social media trends and creator ecosystem best practices.
