This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive specializing in Influencer Marketing, based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing influencer collaborations, overseeing influencer marketing campaigns, coordinating social media strategies, and facilitating communication between creators and brands. The Operations Executive will ensure smooth project execution and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including creators and clients.

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing
• Knowledge and skill in Sales
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Proactive and self-motivated with problem-solving capabilities
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in working with marketing or creative campaigns is a plus
