Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and maintain long-term relationships with relevant influencers.
- Evaluate creator profiles to ensure brand alignment and avoid unsuitable collaborations.
- Guide influencers on content direction, hooks, and messaging that reflect Hoora's identity.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, and deliverables while maintaining content calendars.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan influencer-driven campaigns and ad collaborations.
- Track content performance and suggest strategies for growth across Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Monitor and manage brand presence online, ensuring consistent reputation management (ORM)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or social media management.
- Strong understanding of content hooks, digital trends, and platform growth mechanics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for brand storytelling and creative judgment.
