Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Influencer Marketing Executive with 23 years of hands-on experience in managing influencer collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive brand visibility and engagement through impactful influencer-led strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across categories to align with brand objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers for deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and budgets with influencers/agents.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, content, and design) to integrate influencer activities into broader campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to ensure long-term collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 23 years of proven experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of influencer platforms, social media trends, and digital content.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in campaign tracking tools and basic analytics.
- Creative mindset with the ability to propose new ideas and innovative strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Experience in managing budgets and ROI-focused campaigns.
- Existing influencer network in lifestyle, fashion, tech, travel, or other niches.
