About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Influencer Marketing Associate to lead and execute influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a good understanding of content trends, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategy
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approvals, and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables to ensure cost-effective campaigns
  • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate detailed reports with insights
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, and client servicing) for smooth execution
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing (preferably in an agency)
  • Strong network of influencers and talent agencies is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic analytics tools
  • Understanding of campaign metrics, ROI, and reporting
