About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Influencer Marketing Associate to lead and execute influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a good understanding of content trends, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategy
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approvals, and delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables to ensure cost-effective campaigns
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate detailed reports with insights
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, and client servicing) for smooth execution
- Stay updated on influencer trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changes
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing (preferably in an agency)
- Strong network of influencers and talent agencies is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic analytics tools
- Understanding of campaign metrics, ROI, and reporting
