Influencer Marketing Executive Retail & Marketplaces
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive who
will be responsible for planning and executing influencer collaborations across upcoming
store launches, on-ground influencer events, and digital platforms. The role will focus on
driving high video views, reshares, content virality, and generating authentic customer
reviews on Amazon and Myntra.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Creator Management
Identify, onboard, and manage nano, micro, and mid-tier influencers relevant to kids,
parenting, fashion, and lifestyle categories.
Build and maintain a city-wise influencer database aligned with upcoming store locations.
Coordinate influencer briefs, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure timely posting with correct tags, hashtags, captions, and brand messaging.
Influencer Events & Store Launch Activations
Plan and execute influencer-led activities for new store launches and retail events.
Coordinate influencer store visits, walk-through reels, try-on videos, and family-centric
content.
Manage influencer schedules, follow-ups, and post-event content collection.
Work closely with retail, offline marketing, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Video Performance, Views & Virality
Drive maximum reach, views, shares, saves, and engagement on influencer content.
Track reel and video performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Stay updated with content trends and platform best practices.
Marketplace Reviews Amazon & Myntra
Execute influencer-led and customer-focused strategies to generate authentic reviews.
Coordinate review generation post-purchase while ensuring platform compliance.
Track review count, ratings, and quality regularly.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain trackers for influencer collaborations, costs, deliverables, and results.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Optimize influencer partnerships based on ROI.
Required Skills & Experience
1.54 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Marketing.
Strong experience with Instagram and YouTube creators.
Excellent coordination and execution skills.
Understanding of short-form video trends and analytics.
Experience in review management preferred.
