Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Associate at MyWall, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns across multiple social media platforms. You will identify and research relevant creators, manage outreach, coordinate collaborations, and maintain ongoing relationships with influencers and their teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with campaign briefs, tracking deliverables, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and platform capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing, including creator outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordination.
  • Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), content formats, and audience engagement trends.
  • Understanding of Public Relations principles, including brand reputation, messaging consistency, and media or creator relations.
  • Basic Sales or partnership skills, with the ability to support negotiations, present campaign value, and contribute to closing collaborations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and use data to inform decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator economy, or digital/tech startups is a plus.
