We're looking for a driven Influencer Marketing Associate to join our growing team and help scale impactful creator-led campaigns. If you live and breathe influencer marketing, this role is for you.

Prior experience in internship or jobs with a D2C brand is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms

* Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines

* Plan and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns

* Align influencer initiatives with overall marketing goals

* Support new product development (NPD) launches through creator collaborations

* Track campaign performance and optimize for better results

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
