As an Influencer Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach and impact by collaborating with influential figures in the education and tech communities. This position demands a proactive approach, creativity, and keen insight into the digital influencer landscape, especially within the EdTech sector.
Responsibilities
Influencer Partnership Development: Research and identify new influencers who align with GrowthSchool's mission and values. Initiate contact and negotiate partnerships that are mutually beneficial.
Campaign Strategy and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is compelling and adheres to campaign goals.
Content Creation Assistance: Work alongside our creative team to provide influencers with clear content briefs based on strategic objectives. Ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for engagement and conversion.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using metrics such as engagement rates, conversion data, and ROI. Prepare detailed reports to share with the marketing team, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Relationship Management: Maintain excellent professional relationships with influencers to build a reliable network for ongoing collaborations. Handle day-to-day communications and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle.
Learning and Development: Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance your knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools, with a focus on maximizing influencer impact.
Requirements
Educational Background: Pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok) and influencer marketing trends.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
