About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Intern who will support both recruitment (hiring) and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain end-to-end exposure in HR and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR (Hiring) Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Assist in job postings and employer branding
Operations Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational tasks and workflow management
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of processes
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Manage internal tools, trackers, and documentation
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and operations processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
