Influencer & Creator Performance Manager (D2C – Health & Wellness)
About the Role
We are a fast-growing, performance-driven D2C health & wellness brand where every marketing
initiative is measured by revenue impact.
We are looking for an Influencer & Creator Performance Manager who understands that influencer
marketing is not about vanity metrics, it's about conversions, CAC efficiency, scalable UGC, and long-term revenue contribution.
This role will own influencer-led revenue, UGC production for paid ads, and affiliate growth with clear ROI accountability.
Core Mandate (What You Will Own)
● Influencer-driven revenue contribution
● Cost per acquisition (CPA) from influencer channel
● Cost per content asset (UGC efficiency)
● Affiliate program performance
● Performance-ready UGC library growth
● ROI reporting & optimization
You will be accountable for measurable outcomes, not just collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Performance Ownership
● Develop influencer strategies aligned with revenue and CAC targets
● Track CPA, ROAS, AOV, repeat purchase rate from influencer cohorts
● Ensure every campaign has defined KPIs and profitability benchmarks
2. UGC as a Paid Media Engine
● Source and manage creators to produce high-converting UGC for paid ads
● Structure content with strong hooks, testimonials, objection handling & problem-awareness
● Deliver a consistent pipeline of performance-ready creatives every month
3. Affiliate & Performance Creator System
● Build and scale an affiliate-driven influencer ecosystem
● Structure commission models aligned with contribution margin
● Track and optimize revenue per influencer
4. Cost Efficiency & Negotiation
● Negotiate usage rights, licensing, and whitelisting rights
● Optimize cost per reel / cost per usable content asset
● Maintain a frugal, ROI-first mindset in all partnerships
5. Attribution & Reporting
● Track influencer performance using:
○ Coupon codes
○ UTM links
○ Assisted conversions
○ First-time vs repeat customer contribution
● Build monthly dashboards showing:
○ Revenue per influencer
○ CAC & ROI by campaign
○ UGC performance in paid ads
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Performance, Creative, Brand & Retention teams
● Align influencer content with landing pages and funnel strategy
● Ensure influencer traffic converts efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance-focused influencer marketing (D2C/consumer
brands preferred)
● Proven track record of driving revenue via influencer campaigns
● Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, contribution margin & unit economics
● Experience building affiliate influencer programs
● Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms
● Strong negotiation and communication skills
● Fluent in Hindi & English
Nice to Have
● Experience in health, wellness, nutraceuticals, or lifestyle D2C brands
● Existing influencer network in fitness/wellness categories
● Experience with UGC licensing & whitelisting
● Familiarity with influencer tracking & reporting tools
